Our Hall and Sanctuary are available to rent on an ongoing basis or for single events. Please note the following:

• Bookings can be placed in person only on Saturdays between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm at the Church office.

• Bookings must be arranged one month in advance of the event. A Rental Form must be completed at time of booking.

• Payment must be made at time of booking by e-transfer only.

• If liquor is served at the event, a Special Event Permit must be obtained from the BC Government. Applications can be accessed HERE.

• If liquor is served at the event, a Special Event Server certificate must be obtained. According to the provincial government, “If you are hosting an event that requires a Special Event Permit, all servers both paid and un-paid serving at the event must be SES certified regardless of the number of event attendees. Managers and Special Event Permit holders for events with less than 500 people are also required to take the SES course. For anyone currently holding a valid Serving It Right Certification there is NO need to also complete the SES course.” Click HERE for more  information.

• A copy of the Special Event Permit and the Special Event Server Certificate(s) must be provided to the Church at least two weeks prior to the event.

• After the event all garbage must be removed and the facility cleaned. An additional charge will be levied if our facility is not cleaned and free of garbage.

• Cancellation policy: 1 month before event full refund, 3 weeks before event 75% refund, 2 weeks before event 50% refund, less than 2 weeks before event no refund. Refunds are issued by cheque only.
